The 'SynPlex AI' application, including its source code, design, features, and the underlying AI models used to generate musical compositions, are the exclusive property of and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited license to use the app as outlined in this agreement.
You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the textual content (e.g., definitions, notes, study materials) that you submit to the Service ("User Input").
By submitting User Input to the Service, you grant a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Input for the sole purpose of generating an AI-based musical composition ("Generated Song") and providing the core functionality of the Service to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you full ownership of the specific Generated Songs you create using the Service. You are free to use your Generated Songs for any personal, non-commercial purpose, including studying, personal listening, and sharing with friends and classmates. For any commercial use of a Generated Song, you must obtain prior written consent from us.
